1-1 Sessions
Packages offer the most value, providing a deeper, more supported experience at a reduced rate while allowing you to truly connect with yourself and your body over time.
Designed for those who are ready to go beyond a single session, these experiences give you the space to build awareness, regulate your nervous system, and develop tools you can carry with you for life.
The Balanced Being Package combines Soul Contract Reading, Breathwork, and Personalized Yoga to support full-body, mind, and soul alignment. Additional packages focus on specific modalities, such as Breathwork or Yoga, allowing you to go deeper into the experience you feel most drawn to while receiving continued support and saving on multiple sessions.
Class Packages
Day Retreats offer a full day devoted to you, an opportunity to step away from your daily rhythm and enter a space of rest, renewal, and reconnection. In a supportive and intentionally curated environment, you are guided through breathwork, yoga, creative expression, and meaningful connection with like-minded women.
Throughout the day, you’ll have space to release tension, slow your nervous system, and return to a more grounded, present state, supported by nourishing organic meals and moments of reflection and integration. These retreats are designed to be both accessible and deeply impactful, offering a gentle yet powerful reset for your body, mind, and spirit.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself, with a renewed sense of energy and inner balance.
Day retreats
Immersive Retreats are extended, destination experiences that invite you into a deeper layer of transformation, beyond what’s possible in a single day. Held over the course of a week or more, these retreats create the space for you to fully step away from your everyday routine and into a new rhythm of presence, intention, and expansion.
Each day is intentionally guided through breathwork, yoga, embodiment practices, reflection, and ceremony, allowing you to move through layers of release, clarity, and reconnection at a pace your body can truly integrate. Surrounded by a supportive circle of women and held in a nourishing environment, you are given the space to soften, open, and remember who you are beneath the noise of daily life.
This is more than a reset, it’s an opportunity for lasting transformation, where the shifts you experience continue to unfold long after you return home.
Immersive retreats
Online Programs are self-paced experiences designed to support your healing in a way that feels accessible, intuitive, and sustainable. Created to be returned to again and again, these programs guide you through the foundations of self-healing, nervous system regulation, and deeper connection to yourself.
Rather than following a rigid structure, you are invited to move at your own pace, integrating the practices in a way that truly supports your body and your life. This is a space to build lasting awareness, deepen your connection, and develop tools you can carry with you long beyond the program itself.

Meet bella
At the heart of Balanced Breathing is the belief that a balanced breath and a balanced being are the keys to lasting healing.
Bella is a fierce lover of life and all things living. She has always been drawn to roles that support and uplift others. A caregiver and nurturer by heart, she feels most aligned when she is in service and creating spaces where others can feel safe and supported.
Her work comes from lived experience. Bella has moved through abuse, trauma, and neglect, and had to learn how to regulate her nervous system for her own survival. After many doctor’s appointments and counselling sessions that didn’t fully support how she was feeling, she was left with a deep sense of not belonging, not feeling loved or wanted, and struggling with anxiety, panic attacks, and depression.
She chose to take her healing into her own hands.
Over the course of several years, Bella immersed herself in yoga, breathwork, and soul contract work, all of which changed her life in profound ways. Through this, she discovered that the body wants to heal, and that healing is truly possible when we are given the right tools and support.
Balanced Breathing was created from this journey. Bella now teaches the foundational practices that helped her regulate her nervous system, move through big emotions, and reconnect with herself.
She aims to make this knowledge widely available and give every woman the tools she needs to balance her hormones, feel connected and beautiful in her body, and most importantly to be empowered in her own wellbeing. This is Bella’s mission through Balanced Breathing.
