Hi, I’m bella

Raised on the Pacific coast of Canada, Bella grew up barefoot and deeply connected to nature. Born into a family of artists, creativity, intuition, and sensitivity were woven into her way of being from an early age. She has always been drawn to nurturing others and creating spaces that feel warm, safe, and deeply supportive.

Bella believes that every person carries unique gifts, talents, and life experiences, and that healing must honor that individuality. This belief is at the heart of her work at Balanced Breathing, where every session and offering is designed to meet you exactly where you are, supporting your unique goals and journey toward well-being.

Through her own journey navigating the wounds of abandonment and unworthiness, Bella learned the importance of nervous system regulation, self-love, and reconnecting with the body in a compassionate and balanced way. Breathwork, yoga, and Soul Contract Readings became powerful gateways to healing, helping her reprogram old patterns, restore trust in her body, and cultivate a sense of worth and belonging.

Bella believes that hardship is not meant to define us, but to awaken us, offering the opportunity to integrate our experiences and step into our radiance and inner power. She holds a deep trust in the body’s innate wisdom to heal itself and is here to help others access that wisdom through Balanced Breathing, supporting integration of the mind, body, and soul.

Bella connects with people around the world, bringing her work to wherever it is needed. Online sessions are always available, making it easy to access her guidance no matter where you are. My Approach

At the heart of Balanced Breathing is the belief that a balanced breath and a balanced being are the keys to lasting healing. When the body feels safe and the nervous system is regulated, immeasurable magic and transformation can happen. Healing is not about radical, one-off changes - it’s about learning lifelong tools to navigate life’s bumps and challenges with ease. Bella’s work honors the three essential systems of the self - mind, body, and soul -bringing harmony, balance, and integration to every breath


Training & Experience

Bella’s work is grounded in extensive training across body, breath, and spirit, and shaped by years of supporting others at different stages of their healing journeys.

She is a 200-hour certified Yoga Teacher, trained to guide gentle, accessible movement that meets women where they are — especially those who feel tense, disconnected, or new to caring for their bodies.

She has completed 400 hours of Conscious Connected Breathwork In-person training, allowing her to safely support people in calming their nervous systems, releasing stored tension, and reconnecting with themselves in a way that feels supportive and empowering.

She is also a Certified Soul Contract Practitioner (Level 1 & 2), offering intuitive, grounded guidance that helps women gain clarity, understand their patterns, and align with the life they want to create.

Through her work, she has supported others who are sensitive, overwhelmed, and often used to caring for everyone else. Her approach is gentle, beginner-friendly, and deeply respectful, creating a space where you feel seen, supported, and safe to explore your healing at your own pace.
