Your first session is all about understanding your body.

We begin with a deeper check-in—looking at how you move, where you hold tension, and what you’re currently experiencing physically and mentally.

From there, we move slowly and intentionally, focusing on:

  • Building awareness in your body

  • Establishing a strong connection to your breath

  • Identifying patterns in how you move and hold tension

There’s no pressure to push or perform.
This session is about creating a foundation that actually supports you.

Ongoing Sessions

As we continue working together, sessions become more fluid and progressive.

We build on what your body has already learned—developing strength, mobility, and deeper awareness over time.

You’ll start to:

  • Move with more confidence and ease

  • Understand what your body needs in real time

  • Regulate your nervous system more naturally

  • Feel stronger, more open, and more balanced

Each session continues to meet you where you are, while gently expanding your capacity.

  • Not at all. These sessions are designed to meet you where you are—whether you’re completely new or have been practicing for years.

  • Just yourself and comfortable clothing you can move in and a mat to practice on

  • That’s completely okay. You don’t need to be flexible to start—this is where you build mobility and ease in your body over time.

  • This is fully personalized. You receive guidance tailored specifically to your body, your pace, and your needs—rather than following a general class structure.

  • Yes. Packages are available for those who want to go deeper and create more consistent change over time.

  • A full length session is 60 minutes, giving you enough time to move, learn, and integrate without feeling rushed. And a mini session is 30 minutes, which allows you to practice consistently even when you are busy
